A New Identity for a Changing Real Estate Industry
After more than 30 years of existence, Suptertiaire Immobilier is becoming Mutimo, a new identity designed to better reflect the school’s mission: preparing students and businesses to understand, anticipate and respond to the profound transformations reshaping the real estate sector.
More than a simple name change, Mutimo embodies the evolution of a school committed to supporting the industry’s economic, environmental, societal and technological transitions.
Supporting the Real Estate Sector Through Major Transformations
Real estate professionals today face a rapidly changing environment. Energy-efficient renovation, climate adaptation, changing lifestyles, digital transformation and new housing needs are redefining the skills required across the industry. According to ADEME, buildings accounted for 15.5% of France’s direct greenhouse gas emissions in 2024, while demographic projections anticipate an additional 3.5 million households in metropolitan France between 2020 and 2050. These developments reinforce the need for professionals capable of understanding and responding to complex market dynamics.
Mutimo was created to make this mission more visible: helping future professionals develop the knowledge, adaptability and decision-making abilities required in a constantly evolving sector.
Three Strategic Areas of Expertise
To address the industry’s emerging challenges, Mutimo structures its educational offer around three key areas.
| Sustainable Real Estate | Connected Real Estate | Social Real Estate |
| Including the Work‑study Mastère‑level programme Manager of Sustainable Real Estate Projects , focused on energy renovation and responsible building management. | Through the Work‑study Mastère‑level programme Expert in Building Digitalisation and Operations, dedicated to data-driven building management and digital transformation. | Through specialised modules, immersion programmes and partnerships exploring changing living patterns, housing challenges and territorial development. |
An Educational Model Rooted in Market Reality
Mutimo designs its programmes through continuous observation of market developments and employer needs. Industry advisory boards, expert webinars, labour market analyses and sector observatories help ensure that programmes remain aligned with the competencies sought by employers.
The school’s educational approach combines:
- Immersive learning experiences;
- Real-world projects;
- Practical understanding of the real estate market;
- Collaborative problem-solving;
- Agile decision-making skills.
The objective is clear: to help students understand, adapt to and act within a fast-moving real estate market while building sustainable careers.
Building on 30 Years of History
Founded in Paris in 1995 at the request of real estate companies, the school initially specialised in insurance services for real estate professionals. It expanded into dedicated real estate programmes in 1999 and joined Eureka Education in 2019 to support its development. In 2026, the institution entered a new chapter by becoming Mutimo. Today, Mutimo represents:
- 30 years of expertise
- 1,000 learners trained each year
- 3 proprietary RNCP qualifications
- 7 campuses across France
Why the Name “Mutimo”?
The name Mutimo combines two key ideas:
- “Mut”, referring to the ongoing transformation of professions, practices and the real estate market, while also evoking collaboration and mutual support;
- “Imo”, a direct reference to the school’s core area of expertise: real estate.
Mutimo does not replace the heritage of Suptertiaire Immobilier. Instead, it builds upon it with a clearer and more contemporary identity that reflects what the school has become: an institution dedicated to preparing professionals for a real estate sector in constant motion.
