Innovative learning
Joining a school within the Eureka Education Group means becoming part of an institution that is a driving force in innovative learning.
Joining a school within the Eureka Education Group means becoming part of an institution that is a driving force in innovative learning.
This approach now unfolds within the context of the Group’s international development. In France and internationally, Eureka Education is committed to continuously evolving its learning practices by listening closely to learners and employers, experimenting with new learning approaches, and maintaining a constant focus on the needs of local communities and labor markets.
The Innovative Learning, Quality and CSR Department drives this dynamic by encouraging the sharing of best practices across schools, structured around three core pillars: guiding and supporting learners, designing new learning formats and approaches, and contributing to the education of responsible citizens.
“My role is to identify, lead and bring together Eureka Education’s learning communities through thematic working groups. Our ambition is to foster innovative practices in the use of new technologies, in support of sustainable and responsible learning,” explains Erwan Poiraud, Director of Innovative Learning, Quality and CSR at the Eureka Education Group.

Ecole Terrade organized a national Business Game in partnership with the cosmetics brand Sothys, its main supplier.
Over the course of four days, participants were challenged to design a pop‑up store concept as well as a product innovation, while respecting the brand identity of Sothys and its commitments to eco‑responsible beauty.
This experience allowed learners to put into practice the skills acquired during their training in a hands‑on way, while benefiting from the guidance and expertise of a leading brand in the sector.
