“Euridis is a serious and welcoming school. The training sessions are engaging, relevant and highly dynamic. That year, I also had the opportunity to complete a four‑month internship in Tokyo, Japan. I can confidently say that the knowledge I gained during this first year was both practical and essential in preparing me to enter the professional world.”
“My experience at IFA has provided me with a valuable combination of theory and practical learning, allowing me to grow professionally. I truly feel part of the school, which has supported me over the past five years. I particularly appreciate the strong sense of relationships and the quality of the trainers, who are always available to meet our needs and ensure a positive student experience. The continuous development of IFA over the years reflects its strong commitment to its students.”
“Before joining ESCT, I had only followed programmes delivered through initial education. ESCT gave me the opportunity to continue my studies through a work‑study programme. Gaining experience within a company has helped me grow and understand how organisations operate.”
“Choosing a work‑study programme was an obvious decision, as it allowed me to put the theory learned at school into practice in real‑life situations. I adapted very quickly, as I was trusted from the very beginning. As a result, I have now secured my first exclusive mandate.”
“The trainers at Euridis are highly skilled professionals. During their classes, they share their experience and career paths, which allows us to relate what we learn directly to our work‑study experience. The IBM Master’s programme also offers the opportunity to travel to Dublin, where we can meet major companies such as IBM, BMC Software, Fiserv and Oracle. This trip also enables us to connect with Euridis alumni currently working in these organisations, giving us real insight and helping us to envision our future after completing the programme.”
“In the construction sector, there is a strong focus on calculations during the study and design phases. In construction site management, the execution phase is highly technical.
The real advantage of ESCT is that all trainers are experienced professionals. The work‑study structure allows us to stay closely involved in our projects from beginning to end
“I am currently in my third year of a Vocational Baccalauréat in Hairdressing at École Terrade. What I enjoy most about the programme are the practical classes, which allow us to apply what we learn in theory, exchange ideas and express our creativity. As part of my training, I had the opportunity to take part in several competitions, including the ‘Meilleur Apprenti de France’, where I was awarded the gold medal for my department. I received a great deal of support from my teachers, who guided and encouraged me throughout the competition”
“I am currently retraining as a Medical Secretary at École Terrade in Cambrai, and I am very satisfied with my experience. I have excellent teachers across all subjects, and above all, a Director who is always patient and attentive to the needs of the students at the centre. The final exam pass rate is between 99% and 100%. I would highly recommend the programme.”
“As I am currently training at Icademie Aix‑en‑Provence, I would like to share my experience of the Real Estate Business Manager programme as part of my career transition.
The trainers are always available on the platform to answer our questions. They are attentive, professional, patient and very supportive.
I would strongly recommend this programme to both work‑study learners and those considering a career change
“From 2011 to 2013, I completed a BTS in Real Estate Professions (2‑years vocational higher education diploma). I founded a company to help real estate agents with prospecting, a task that is often overlooked due to its complexity. My role is to support agents in securing high‑quality appointments with potential sellers. By understanding clients’ needs, we can provide the most relevant support for their real estate projects.”
“The practical approach to the role of IT Business Engineer, combined with the international dimension of the programme and a truly immersive Business English module gave me the confidence to pursue an international career, leading me to secure my first role in Dublin, Europe’s leading tech hub, at IBM. As a Business Developer in a multicultural environment, I quickly put into practice my understanding of the sales cycle, as well as my skills in business development and intercultural management.”
“When I think of ESCT, I mainly think of collaboration and teamwork. As we are directly integrated into a team or a department within a company, collaboration is at the heart of everything. This is ESCT’s greatest strength”.
“I completed a Master’s programme in Human Resources Management with Icademie as part of a career change. It is a very reliable training provider that genuinely cares about its learners. The staff are attentive and always available to respond to our requests.
I chose to study remotely so that I could continue working, and Icademie fully met my expectations. The e‑learning platform is very well designed, with high‑quality content that supports effective learning. It is an excellent tool that allows you to study at your own pace. The trainers are attentive and available via a chat function on the platform”.
“Suptertiaire was a real turning point in my journey. It gave me the opportunity to turn my ambition in real estate into a reality. Today, I’ve built my own agency, Angelo Immo.
It’s a profession I am passionate about — people‑focused, dynamic and driven by relationships and negotiation. No two days are the same. If you enjoy client interaction and working in the field, real estate is definitely a path worth considering.”
“My three years at EEGP allowed me to grow and refine my creative eye.
Having spent two years on a work‑study programme, I was able to balance professional creative briefs with a space for greater creative freedom at the school.”
“My story with EEGP began when I was in secondary school.
Even back then, the school’s brochure was already serving as a bookmark in my history book. I spent four wonderful years working with pencils and paintbrushes. I also made full use of the printers, coffee machine and cameras… The forward‑thinking spirit of the School of Creatives made it easier for me to step confidently into the professional world.”
“Euridis trains us for B2B sales roles — a profession that never faces a downturn… quite the opposite!
I was already being headhunted while I was still at school.
It is also the only school specialised in the high‑technology market, one of the most dynamic sectors today. Euridis has a strong network of partner companies in this field, making it a real springboard for our professional ambitions.”
“The teaching team and support staff are caring, attentive and fully committed to supporting learners towards success.
The trainers are exceptional, sharing both their knowledge and their professional experience. They played a key role in my success and brought a strong sense of motivation and energy throughout the programme, for which I am very grateful.
Special thanks to our programme coordinator, who was always present at the right moments in the learning journey to support and re‑energise students when needed. She demonstrated outstanding listening skills and provided valuable guidance.
The course content is comprehensive and provides all the essential knowledge needed to perform effectively in the role.”
“After completing a Vocational Baccalauréat in Aesthetics, during which I also obtained my CAP qualification, I continued my studies with the CQP Spa Practitioner programme. I chose to pursue my training to discover new massage techniques, develop additional skills and further refine my expertise in this field.
The spa environment is something I am truly passionate about, as I enjoy bringing wellbeing, relaxation and comfort to clients. I am now working at the same establishment where I completed my work‑study placement as part of the CQP programme.
This year of apprenticeship enabled me to develop a wide range of skills and gain valuable professional experience.”
“I completed a CAP in Aesthetics, Cosmetics and Perfumery, followed by a Brevet Professionnel, at École Terrade. The administrative and teaching teams were always supportive and attentive to my needs.
I chose a work‑study pathway because I had always wanted to enter the professional world as early as possible. I was able to work in a beauty institute and face demanding clients, while being guided by my employer.
Today, I practise my profession with both passion and dedication. My technical skills are well developed, and I have the qualities needed to earn trust on a daily basis.
I would like to thank my teachers for everything they have done for me — I have no regrets about choosing this apprenticeship pathway.”
“I have been connected to IFA for over 22 years. It was a small organisation at the beginning, but it has grown into a close‑knit organisation that feels like a second family. I started as a trainer and have evolved alongside IFA, gradually taking on greater responsibilitie. I particularly value the collaborative and supportive environment we offer our learners. It is highly rewarding to guide them over several years of training and to see them progress from early studies to advanced qualifications.”
“Student life at Euridis is rich in projects and events. We encourage our students to take part in the various project groups set up by the school, including the Student Union (BDE), Les Négociales (the largest French‑speaking sales negotiation competition), conferences, Meet Tech (Euridis’ major job‑dating event within the start‑up ecosystem), the EBC (Euridis Business Club, the alumni network) and the ambassador programme (students who represent Euridis).
Getting involved in these initiatives gives our students additional opportunities to perform, engage in campus life, develop new skills and build strong connections within the Euridis community.”
“Today, IFA is defined by a strong family spirit and a culture of care that has always been present. We support students, trainees and work‑study learners throughout their journey.
The new generation will bring a different perspective and will become our clients and employees of tomorrow. As business leaders, this encourages us to reflect on how best to engage with this new generation.
Our greatest challenge is to maintain this supportive approach while continuing to pass on knowledge and expertise.”
“The Euridis teaching approach is designed to be highly professionalising, closely aligned with the labour market, and above all tailored to meet recruiters’ expectations.
Our objective is to train students for specific and clearly defined roles, depending on their chosen pathway, such as IT Business Engineer, Business Developer, Acquisition Manager or Traffic Manager.”
“Icademie was the first training provider in France to deliver qualifications through blended learning, an innovative approach combining online and in‑class learning environments.
Building on its strong expertise in this field, Icademie offers learners a well‑balanced learning experience, where interactive online courses are complemented by in‑person sessions led by experienced professionals.
This unique combination allows learners to benefit from the flexibility and convenience of online learning, while also taking advantage of the interaction and personalised support provided during face‑to‑face sessions. Thanks to this learner‑centred approach, Icademie ensures full immersion in knowledge, fostering deep understanding and strong examination outcomes.”
“At École Terrade, our approach places a strong emphasis on active and experiential learning, encouraging both independent and collaborative exploration, as well as critical thinking. This creates a learning experience that is deeply grounded in professional practice.
Through this approach, we prepare our learners to excel in the beauty sector by developing strong technical skills and genuine professional expertise.”
“At École Terrade, we are committed to delivering an engaging learning experience through the use of gamification, incorporating interactive quizzes, e‑learning modules, challenges and business games.
We leverage our students’ natural inclination towards play to enhance engagement, foster intrinsic motivation and develop key skills, while making learning more dynamic and memorable.”
“For me, working with schools is extremely important. As Artistic Director and Head of Hairdressing School Development at Wella, I see it as my responsibility to create and share knowledge with young people through conferences, helping them grow in their careers as hairdressers — and potentially as future salon owners”.
“We recruit graduates from Euridis for several reasons. First of all, the responsiveness and communication within this partnership are excellent. We also value the quality of the students we are introduced to, as well as the guidance and preparation they receive for interviews.
In addition, we benefit from ongoing pedagogical support for work‑study learners throughout the recruitment process and up to the completion of their qualifications.
Finally, Euridis plays a key role in helping learners understand and adopt the professional behaviours expected in the workplace.”
“I am very pleased to be working with Icademie.
I would like to commend the Icademie corporate relations officer, who has consistently been present whenever I needed support. This is someone you can truly rely on — always delivering on commitments and never losing sight of the human dimension of their role. When an issue arises, a solution is found in less than 24 hours.
Each year, we review the needs of my company together.
Working with Icademie has enabled me to recruit team members who go on to sign contracts at the end of their studies. I have tried working with other schools, but I quickly came back to Icademie.”
“Every six months to a year, we collaborate for several weeks or months with students to support businesses and, above all, young people. In doing so, we share the values we uphold with IFA and the In One Group network.
This is a truly unique experience, as it allows us to exchange knowledge as business leaders, to support the younger generation, and also to learn from them in return.”
“Working with Laura and Kyllian has been a great experience. They are motivated and dynamic, and I can truly rely on their support. I am also very impressed by their strong sense of professionalism.”
“Our partnership represents an alliance between two leading players in the hairdressing sector: VOG Group, with over 40 years of professional expertise, and École Terrade, recognised for its academic excellence.
The VOG Group classes are designed to meet salon recruitment needs and to train the professionals of tomorrow. Through hands‑on training delivered by VOG Group experts, following a ‘learning by doing’ approach, learners develop practical skills and become highly operational, strengthening their employability.
VOG Group and École Terrade stand out as the only organisations with a nationwide presence, facilitating collaboration, improving access to training for aspiring hairdressers and fostering a dynamic environment for skills development.
This outstanding partnership offers comprehensive training, strong career opportunities and a nationwide presence, reinforcing their position as leaders in the hairdressing industry.”
