Transmission. Employability.
These two words have defined the Eureka Education project from the very beginning.
Across Europe, we all face the same challenge: jobs are evolving faster than education systems. Entire sectors such as healthcare, early childhood education, construction, digital technologies, personal care services, are struggling to recruit the skills they need.
This is precisely where Eureka Education comes into play: we train people for the jobs that are actively recruiting, placing the transmission of knowledge and skills at the heart of our teaching approach.
Our schools enable experienced professionals to pass on their expertise to learners, in the classroom, online, and above all in real‑world settings, within companies themselves.
It is this shared belief, learning by doing, that brings us together across borders.

Patrick Destang, President of the Eureka Education Group
A European group with local foundations
In 2026, Eureka Education had become a group with a truly European footprint, following the integration of Albali in Spain and Knovia Group in the United Kingdom.
Today, we bring together:
- 46,000 learners trained each year
- Nearly 3,000 employees
- A network of more than 6,500 partner companies across three countries.
This growth is not an end in itself. It serves a broader ambition : to build a coherent group of specialized schools, each recognized for its expertise, united by the same high standards of quality and a shared commitment to sustainable employability.
In France, our schools meet Qualiopi standards, and we hold more than 21 RNCP‑registered qualifications.
In Spain, Albali is certified under the CUALIFICAM framework.
In the United Kingdom, Knovia aims for the highest Ofsted ratings.
Each country has its own benchmarks; our commitment is to achieve the highest standards wherever we operate.
Apprenticeships and work‑based learning at the heart of our model
If more than 75% of our learners in France choose an apprenticeship pathway, it is because it offers a clear dual advantage: rapid entry into employment and hands‑on learning of professional behaviors and skills.
At Knovia in the United Kingdom, this model of work‑based learning has been the norm for over ten years, supported by partnerships with 6,500 employers.
At Albali in Spain, some programs include up to 300 hours of in‑company placements.
We also offer initial training programs for learners seeking a more progressive path to professionalization, through internships that may ultimately lead to apprenticeships.
A shared commitment to every learner
Regardless of the school or training format, our learners can rely on dedicated teaching teams and robust monitoring processes.
We take this responsibility seriously. Personalized support, high standards, compassion, and strong ethical commitment apply equally in Alicante, London, and Lyon.
Each year, we measure learner satisfaction and employment outcomes, because we believe that our success can only be measured by one thing: theirs.
