Suptertiaire and the Fédération des Entreprises Sociales pour l’Habitat (Fédération des ESH) signed a national partnership during the 2025 Union Sociale pour l’Habitat Congress in Lyon, aimed at training a new generation of real estate professionals committed to social, sustainable, and meaningful housing.
This collaboration is part of Suptertiaire’s ongoing commitment to social housing careers, initiated as early as 2018 with the creation of the Master’s in Management of Social and Sustainable Habitat. Together, the two entities intend to promote social housing careers to new generations in a sector that is fully evolving and full of opportunities.
A pedagogy redesigned around social engagement
Starting from the 2025 academic year, several initiatives will be deployed for Suptertiaire Immobilier learners. The objective is to prepare students to meet the challenges of more responsible and sustainable real estate.
Among the flagship actions, the organization of business games will allow students to work on concrete issues such as renovation, management, or innovation in social housing. Students will also benefit from regular interventions by the Federation on campuses to raise awareness about the sector’s challenges, as well as priority access to internships, work-study contracts, and permanent positions (CDI) within the ESH network.
A meaningful partnership
This collaboration aims to change perspectives on social housing and to demonstrate that these professions carry meaning, a future, and innovation.

« This partnership reflects the very essence of Suptertiaire: to train competent professionals who are also aware of their social impact. It marks a major milestone in our mission to teach a more responsible form of real estate. »
— Latifa Hassani, Development Director, Suptertiaire
« Social housing plays a fundamental role in urban balance. With Suptertiaire, we want to inspire younger generations and guide them toward these jobs full of meaning and innovation. »
— Valérie Fournier, President, Fédération des ESH
